Refund Guarantee is offered on a voluntary basis. Participants have the option to select or decline it. Those patrons selecting the Refund Guarantee are entitled to a full cash refund of the event registration fee paid and any prepaid spectator admission fees if applicable, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
In order to claim a refund, patrons must provide express written notification of Intent to Withdraw at least two weeks prior to the start of the event (no exceptions) so as not to negatively impact event rosters. A Company representative will then reply to confirm the withdrawal and process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment source (no exceptions). In other words, if payment was made by credit card, the refund will be put back on the same credit card. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued back to the same individual who originally issued the check. Refund amount shall be equal to the amount paid in for a registration fee and/or spectator admission fee. Refund Guarantee premium and any credit card processing fees shall be retained by the Company and the credit card processor, respectively.
This offer is in no way related to travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, alternative lodging opt-out fees, flights, rental cars, jerseys, jersey customization, souvenir merchandise, event shirts, entertainment, attractions or any other element of event participation.
Any participant declining Refund Guarantee will be subject to the Company’s normal, customary and published policies on withdrawal from an event. Cash refunds will NOT be entertained for any registrant who declines the Refund Guarantee option.
